About Us
Leadership Craft Network was established and fully registered under CIPA in 2016, in Botswana
The rationale behind its creation is to provide skills development, counselling (personal, marital, and family), local church development services, strategic development services, leadership development, conflict management and resolution training, social innovation training, and ministerial training for individuals and institutions alike. Since its inception, the company has offered services to UNICEF under the Ministry of Basic Education and Skills Development (providing psycho-social support to teachers and learners in the district of Ngami); provided empowerment programs for pastors and individuals on ministry and mental health; trained employees at Willy Kathurima and Associates on teamwork; facilitated a strategic development process and team building for EM Tyres; provided mentorship to some individuals; conducted couples’ sessions and others. As a company, we believe in the socioeconomic development of communities through strategic partnerships.
